Crows, frozen in their movements, are surprisingly poetic. Having photographed them daily for several months, the artist found herself with a collection of images that spectacularly deconstruct the gestures of these black birds. Studying them so closely, she couldn’t help but be moved by such majesty and she realized that the existence of a single crow contains all the splendor of the world. Time stood still during that winter and the crows became for the artist a symbol of resistance. Through this exhibition of photographs, she wants to pay tribute to them by revealing the courage and elegance of these unloved birds.
