Musical Wednesday

Musical Wednesdays: Beautiful Summer Evenings Filled with Music!

The Edmundston Arts Centre is proud to present Musical Wednesdays, a series of free concerts celebrating the talent of local and provincial artists. These outdoor events, held on the Gilles-Guerrette stage at Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, offer a rich and diverse lineup designed to appeal to a wide audience.

Showcasing musical diversity, Musical Wednesdays explore various genres, from pop and folk to rock, metal, and jazz. With a strong emphasis on artists from the Edmundston region, the majority of performances will feature local talent, providing a platform to discover and celebrate gifted musicians.

These concerts are entirely free, and both residents and visitors are warmly invited to attend. For a more comfortable experience, we recommend bringing a folding chair, as seating is limited on-site. In case of rain, performances will be moved indoors to the La petite église Arts Centre, ensuring that nothing disrupts this unique musical series.

Musical Wednesdays is an initiative of the Edmundston Arts Centre and the Arts and Culture Service of the City of Edmundston, made possible through the support of Canadian Heritage and the Government of New Brunswick. This project highlights the importance of music as a way to bring the community together and promote local culture.

Join us for a memorable musical experience celebrating the incredible talent and artistic diversity of our region!
