Edmundston, NB, Monday, December 9 – The Edmundston Arts Centre, the City of Edmundston and the Edmundston Madawaska Tourism Board are delighted to announce that a third major show will be held at the Centre Jean-Daigle in 2025.
The Australian Pink Floyd Show, officially endorsed by the original members of Pink Floyd, is touring in 2025 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the formation of the legendary Pink Floyd orchestra, as well as the 50th anniversary of their album Wish You Were Here.
This major show will take place on September 30. It’s the third major show announced for the Centre Jean-Daigle, following Martin Levac’s combined journey into the universe of Genesis and Phil Collins on June 7, and the grand Revolution tour on June 14, which will celebrate many of the dancers from TV’s popular All-Star season.
The Australian Pink Floyd Show gave its very first concert in Adelaide, Australia, in 1988. Since then, the band has performed in over 35 countries around the world, as well as taking part in David Gilmour’s 50th birthday celebrations. The band has even welcomed original Pink Floyd members David Gilmour and Rick Wright on stage. Australian Pink Floyd has sold over five million tickets worldwide.
50 years of Wish You Were Here
